Shouldn't be an issue in a game. Also, vast majority of us don't have a foot thing. Fetish is the incorrect word there - "partism" is an attraction to a body part not considered sexual normally. Fetish is for inanimate objects, scenarios, etc. Though stockings could certainly be a fetish.
