As a concept there are clothes that are inherently sexy, which falls under the "Make a Mockery of Clothes" choice in the survey.
However! I believe that swimsuits, uniforms, 'office clothes,' bridal gowns and the like fall into their fetish categories because the brain is your most active sex organ. If you see you partner wearing something they were when you had done the nasty in the past-y the memory itself becomes the arousal aspect there. Which would then influence your repeat performance.
So, while I voted "Mockery" I will defend clothing period because, yeah, it's not that the clothes themselves are the turn-on but that here is an artifact of the Memory that you will then see regularly.
