Do you guys prefer more cartoony/anime style games or more realistic looking games?

It has to be realistic or I'm skipping the game instantly. 2D art is a bit different since every artist has their own style

I dont have much of a preference other than that i dont want the models to have over the top proportions
Same! Whenever the female characters have super huge honkers, it's an instant ignore from me

So long as the game hits my fetishes and the characters don't look bone ugly or really weird and/or uncanny valley like, it's all good in the Bethesda house, baby!

I can go either way really, as long as the art's good. Light of My Life is still one of my all time favorites, and the art is somewhere between cartoony and realistic. Also, they have realistic body types, which is a plus.

I like both as long as the LI's are attractive. I don't really have a preference between the two though

Either, as long as the characters are hot and the proportions are not excessive.

I prefer a more realistic style kind of like Mr. Foxx or Wck3d

It's not fundamental. The main thing is good gameplay. If it's fun to play, I don't care how the graphics are done (unless it's Japanese style).

not fan of closer to realism in gaming
here or any other kind of game, real life is real life, game is game
the individual artstyle each game has is part of its soul

Cartoon / anime style for me. I do appreciate good cg renders, but those sometime come up to the uncanny valley.

Definitely realistic. 3d modeling is what suspends disbelief for me. I don't mind cartoony galleries, but in an immersive story the more realistic the better.
Couldn’t have said it better myself

I much prefer more realistic models -- would love to see a 3DCG version of Amy's Ecstasy

Realistic is fine to me as long as it avoids the uncanny valley

I like both styles. probably realism a bit more.
as long as the characters look hot its all good.

Only realism for me...I'm not into anime and stuff like that.

Both. I just want the game to be well writing, or be a good game. Art and animation (2D or 3D) can be really nice, but if the plot or text is bad, i just lose interest. A nice game loop can make a game really fun.

But if have to choose, think realism is a little better

if both of them are the best then I'd pick realistic. I do play cartoony but I feel like i need a story more. though I am getting tired of these unrealistic proportions in both styles.
