Do women in the US really go to bed with makeup on?

No, because of the rise in high fructose corn syrup in food, and the genome-seeking oil crysis , women in the us are unable to sleep, and have to enter specifically crafted "Resting Pods" every night.
Their makeup serves to shield their fragile faces from the unwanted effects of the sleep simulation rays emitted by the Resting Pods.
Newer models have been recalibrated, and recently, women are finally able to enter their pods without makeup, tho some prefer to still wear it, either as a precaution, or by habit.

If they really do, I shudder to imagine what their faces must look like in the morning.....

No, most women in the US don't go to bed with make up on, like most women in Europe or other places.
Certainly there must be some who do, but I'm sure it doesn't happen regularly.

Where I'm from, they put the makeup on the pillow and then sleep face down, so when they wake up, their makeup is already on! Can you believe it??

Why did click that Thread?
My disappointment is immeasureable and my immersion is ruined!

I'd say it's about 50/50. Now, ask me about the their husbands/men. Lol

It's extremely uncommon. Makeup is bad for your skin. It will also stain your pillow.

So is it just lazy devs or do women in the US really go to bed with makeup on? I always found this extremely immersive killing and strange considering makeup can be done via a geoshell that takes 2 seconds to hide.
I'm guessing in a game where the MC sleeps his way through his entire family, the neighbors, everyone at the company, the police station and nails the president's wife and daughter simultaneously, realism might not be all that high on the list of priorities.

If the situation is like this, we can conclude that they love to experiment. :)

I have run into this a few times over the years -- mostly it just results in a really filthy pillow in the morning.

Every woman can do it accidentally, but no one does it on purpose for multiple nights. The skin issues would be significant.

The IRL women I know would never sleep with makeup on. When they didn't take it off due to being too tired, they ended up with breakouts, rashes, or other skin problems. The only women who wear makeup to bed are those in movies or video games, not IRL.

Well, there are women who have their makeup tattooed to their faces.
