I know that Lust Campus is made by a female creator, so I think it's safe to assume there's at least a few women out there, who are into these games.

From what I've seen the majority of AVNs cater to male tastes and have male protagonists but it wouldn't surprise me if women played them despite this. Most people enjoy porn in some form or another.

I would love to meet some girl that loved these games in real life, no one would ever guess I'm into games like these, I have a great life, but the few folks I've met that openly talk about liking these things are all... odd ducks. Hmm, i know quite a few girls IRL who play adult games, obviously mostly the lesbian genre because i dont waste my RL time with useless people so they are all lesbians. It's true, I mean, my tastes are more in the generic harem, and maybe game+ topic, so it's hard to find overlap with yucks and yums with another person. And gaming is such a small thing anyway, I could have met a few and like me, they just don't talk about adult gaming.
