I don't think they're necessary, but they do improve it.

I prefer to play games with animations. But i think it's not completly necessary.

Really dependent on what type of game you mean. If its 3D, then it is very much preferable, especially when they have the tech to do so. if it's 2d, then there is flexibility for it to be still images.

good animations, bad jerky ones dont make it better

I find that most games (but not all) that include animations, improve the gameplay and consequently the desire to remain with that game, looking forward to each update.
Looking for the "animations" tag in the genre, is one of my go-to seeks for any new game. Thumbs up to those dev's who include them.
Without a doubt, animations make the games feel like they have more life

Yes, quality animations improve the overall experience by making it more engaging and immersive

If they're done well they can enhance a game, but if they're janky and weird it can be distracting.

With good animations always better

I Dont Care Shrug GIF by Puss In Boots

I know it's hard to work for some animations even to be in like 7-15 fps cause it needs good work on the frame changes. I heard that could be assisted with AI to do that more faster and precise. Like you do basic animation and then AI just assists you to animate it giving changing frames for smoother works. Has anybody seen something like this in any game? Like AI assisted animation, not fully generated.

Without animations i might as well read a H-Manga.

If the animation is good: Yes
If the animation is bad: No

I don't.
I think animations only drive the game's size up for nothing.

Good animations do, but bad animations can honestly detract from the quality of a game.
