Yes.

Both. It's a pretty fun play, but sometimes in game you shouldn't think with your dick, or, at least drop a save before you do so you can go back and NOT do what you just did.

The story is slightly above average and a little more thought out than the usual fap material. I actually look forward to when this one updates.

Hee hee, I just realized how silly that sounds. The entire world decided at some point centuries ago that the Arabic numeral system was waaaaaay better than trying to do long division with Roman numerals and so base-10 is the standard. All the US has chosen is to not make everyone's lives easier by going metric. As to why,

Not only are roman numerals not base 12, but there are disagreements as to if it even counts as having a base. Also, We are just as capable of counting our knuckles instead of our fingers to have a base 12 system. That's a lot of emoji for someone talking out of their ass.
