Just a heads up that the code that gives different dialogue if you put an age under 18 for Emma isn't working. When the player enters the age, the variable gets saved as a string, but the if/else code is checking for an integer. You could fix that by changing the prompt to:
$ e_age = int(renpy.input("En realidad tengo... (predeterminado: 18)", default=18, length=2, allow="1234567890") or 18)

Or if you want to set a minimum and maximum age you could use:
$ e_age = min(max(int(renpy.input("En realidad tengo... (predeterminado: 18)", default=18, length=2, allow="1234567890") or 18), lowernumber), highernumber)

Also there's a typo in the English script that gives an error; line 247 starts with the wrong italics tag. {/i} instead of {i}.
And a few translation notes: the text for the age prompt would sound more natural as "I'm actually..." instead of "I actually have..."; after meeting Emma for the second time, she says "Chao" which is either untranslated or a misunderstanding (when English speakers say it, they're generally using the Italian word "Ciao"); and shortly after that, the line "Qué hermoso nombre." is untranslated.

I'm not sure why devs not in Nazi countries even bother with that, just make her 11 by default and solved. Plenty of devs on SS/BB do that, though they have been kicked off Itch/Patreon (that they probably shouldn't use for loli games in the first place).

I love Lori teaching Vera all sexual stuff, and being with MC same time. I also like they are involved a bit with each other rather separate with MC. Mother and daughter in these are always best if they are together. <3 Hopefully Vera convinces her mom do more sexy stuff, and with MC.

I usually find it distasteful when characters keep going on and on about how great the MC is, but this game is overall sufficiently cute that I can see past that. There is a bit of a missed opportunity here, imho: I think it would be way hotter if there would occasional references to the younger characters age. This can make sense in some of the dialogue, but also spice up the descriptions a bit. Let the user define the ages (or compute them from user-defined ages, eg for Emma's sisters), but then make use of those variables.

Also, some of the LIs' design just screams for pregnancy content. I'd love to see Nadia and Emma pregnant (and would of course happily take pregnant anyone else, too).

The lesbian plotline with Lori and Vera was unexpected. I like it. Will keep following the game just because of it as Vera is cute and there's some nice potential. Well done!
One thing of note is that you have written her pretty well. She does behave as girl her age would probably do. Plus looks like it.

I like this one. Pretty good story and overall very good artwork. SPOILER: so far the sexy action is mostly between adults except for the shota/loli scenes and that one lesbian incest NTR scene, but it looks like adult MC is making progress with a few of the smols, too. I don't expect any oral creampies or cherry popping for a while yet, though.

i choose the age 13 for emma I just don't know if it still makes sense story wise

I sort of sped through other plot lines just to see more mother and daughter hotness. I know some will yell 'but they're cheating on MC...' ... I guarantee if I made a game, and girls went at it, he would encourage it, let them be happy, and they would tell stories of being together for him as he 'enjoys' it.
