Overview:
A small but funny and lovingly made adventure taking place in school. Young Lucas is a new student in a class with four notable classmates. The domineering and strict class monitor Evelyn keeps her own order. So... What's up with the armband?

In Japan, many schools implement student-led disciplinary councils that play a vital role in maintaining the institution's standards and fostering a culture of respect among students. These councils are not only responsible for enforcing the dress code but also serve as guardians of the overall school environment, ensuring that all students adhere to established norms. This system is frequently illustrated in anime and similar media, showcasing its profound impact on student life. Council members don distinctive armbands that signify their authority, making their role unmistakably clear to their peers. Moreover, student council members may also serve in this capacity, further blurring the lines between leadership and discipline within the school.

PS: Please note that I am not an expert, but I believe my observations about anime, manga, and related media are worth sharing. I also want to mention that I'm assuming this work follows Japanese culture. However, I have noticed that the language used includes Russian and English, and I'm not certain if Russia shares this cultural element with Japan or not.
