This VN is good but you really need to overcome the "intro" part where the sister is really insuffrable. It become better after that part.
There is 3 different path to explore that are, in the big picture, "the same", but with some slight lore/flavor differences. Each of the 3 path can be done with 3 differents "cloths" setting that do not "change" the story you follow for a totale of 9 possible combinaison.
All the choices that determine what branch of the VN you will be on and with what cloth are done throught the intro choosing the birthday gift you give to your sis. There is a combinaison table somewhere on the net.
