I wish other game devs would take inspiration from this one about how to make a more interesting sandbox sections of games. Desert Stalker is definitely a GOAT game imo

There was one, it died.

This update was lacking the usual amount of content. Did not like the new UI either, it feels weird, laggy.

The nearest stable version is 0.21.4. It will be released soon. All the latest updates, including what has just been posted, are bugfixes/technical updates, and there is very little new in terms of content. And by the way, before the appearance of 0.21.4, you should not count on updating the walkthrough/gallery mod.

Any word on the mod being updated?

Shame I enjoy the game, but I do feel like it needs a walkthrough.

its such a free roam environment the walkthrough would clone everyone's experience.
what makes it good is its different for every play-through

Meh I don't care. I want the best outcome.

the best outcome is that you personalize it by making your choices.

No I'm talking about the best as in a good outcome.

This game is the gold standard of how to do this correctly.

Been following Desert Stalker for a while already, and the game has fast grown to be one of my favorites of late. Interesting fairly unique concept, well written, very nice looking, and fairly bug free usually. Not much to complain.

The GOAT

These are really good renders, but story is not my taste :/ This is why gallery mods are so good

Would be nice to get more sharing scenes.
