No need, this is not NTR.
This is rape of one of the MCs. As Shani is technically the second MC as stated by the developer. For NTR the main MC should also be present in the scene and be kinda into watching it. Just because a female character has sex with someone else (sharing, swinging, ALL FEMALE PROTAG GAMES), doesn't make it NTR and neither does rape. Like the scenes with Ain/Katreyna and Igor are not NTR.
