Working android version without having to have previous saves ?

Is there a point in going for negative karma? I thought it was leading to an evil route but it seems more about punishing the choice and player, the mc becomes cowardly or lashes out, after flipping between the options it seems you just miss out on content too, does this change and actually lead to an alternative route, or will I just keep missing out by trying to do a negative karma play through?

Animation is a little dated by todays standards but not a bad game still super enjoyable!
