One of my favourite games. Shame season 2 isn't in the books right now. They are currently finishing up moau sama and the new project called light and dark. Also the Dev js a realy cool person to chat with.

Yeah so I get to the pool and convo with Rilana and I get a ctd. Anyone know why? I did obviously put the patches in and yes they are the right patches for part 1.

Took out the patches and it progressed. Quit then replaced them and reloaded from prior save and it didn't crash that time. Hmmm. Yeah no idea.

Tons of character variety, but that just sorta unravels as none of them get any real character development and it just becomes a messy porn clip mashup. I really liked some of the early game but it just gets to be too much to care about the convoluted story and character roster.

Ok I'm lost. I get to the point where Mila is saving for part two. It says that the named save is exported. But exported to where? I can't find it so I can't play part 2. I even started a new game in part 2 and skipped all the scenes until Mila asks to save again. same shit happens! What am I missing?

If you look back at some of my previous posts in this thread - or better yet, at the dev, Neko Hime's previous posts on this thread (it might be a few pages back, though), you'll get a better explanation. But essentially, this was meant to be a "season 1" for this game, with a second season coming afterwards, but Neko started massively losing support during the development of this game, and - beyond eventually finishing up the final endings on Maou-Sama - seems to be stepping away from this whole masive shared universe they were creating.
They stated they were at the point where they would need to go back to working a regular job again because the support for the games had gone down enought that it couldn't provide for them anymore. I'm not sure if that's still the case after they've been putting out the other games they've tried, or if those were just attempts to find interest in the hope of getting some of that support back, or what. But the fact remains that it is unlikely that unless they get a large enough amount of financial supporters that all happen to ask them for season 2 of Deadlocked in Time, we're unlikely to ever see it. Same with whatever the rest of this shared universe was going to be after Maou-Sama and Deadlocked in Time.

whatever the latest relation patch is available works to the end. there might be a scene or two where it screws up and seems like it's not working, but then it gets back to working again. the patch is a simple find-and-replace, and a couple of scenes seem to have used slightly different terms than was used in the patch, I guess, not sure.
