Dude.....this isnt plebbit. If this would be based on "real events", EVERYONE with half a brain would call that rape/grooming, coz thats what it is. Children are easely influenced by their role models, parents/step-parents/ etc, and if they are teached that they are only good for this......welp.
Another reason would be that people like the "rape" word in VN like this, sounds so much worse than fuck her......
but thats just IMHO, i dont care either way.

Saw it over at AllTheFallen before it popped up here. And yeah, not every game is gonna be an ongoing thing. It's V1.0 (which generally means it's complete, unless the dev doesn't understand version numbering), there's not really much in the way of a story; this is likely all there will ever be.

As far as I can remember, rape has always been considered a forced action against the will of the victim, without taking into account the wishes of the victim and often associated with threats to health or life, including with the help of objects that can be classified as weapons if used. there is no rape here, there is sex by consent, perhaps in a very rough form, but it is still sex by consent, that is, there is no rape.
In general, I advise you to read the relevant article in your local legislation, which explains what rape is.
Perhaps your criminal law has a different view on the concept of “rape,” but where I live, the plot of the game does not fall under the article “rape,” assuming that the girl is an adult.
if she is a minor, then here again - only actions of a sexual nature against persons under the age of consent, but again - no rape. There is no crime under the article “rape”.

I demand that the charges be reclassified. =)
