It is very difficult (if not impossible) to keep multiple consistent characters and consistent environments, etc. using AI image generators such as Stable Diffusion in their current state. Give it a year or two. Some people may find success using AI to "touch up" their images in various ways, however.

AI tends to have a lot of noticeable flaws if you know what to look for. AI seems to have trouble with the eyes - jewelry - buckles - zippers - fingers - fingernails - to name a few. I even saw one where the hands gained an extra thumb.

Perhaps.
But when you finally find your perfect model/render, you save it for future use.
I guess that not all ai renders are "random". Thus you can save them and use later on.
