Mostly because the "loli" patch was terrible.

It didn't change any dialogue or posing, it only changed the girls' models, so it was nonsensical, and the posing differences meant that the renders looked off in a lot of cases.

After the complaints about how sloppy the patch was, the dev made a few updates without a patch, and was going to release a separate "Gold" version with changed renders and some rewriting to more accurately match the girls' loli appearances, but that never actually happened, and last we heard, the idea was discontinued shortly before the game stopped getting any updates at all.

This underscores the problem with loli patches that change girls' appearances: they're a LOT of extra work. It's effectively like making two games at the same time, which is why virtually no games do it like that.
