It is a slow burn kinetic novel focused on a tight-nit harem with maledom and lots of spanking. It is a good read with steadily improving renders and animations, but is not a game with choices or anything like that.

Yeah, for a game with no choices, it sure has generated a lot of discussion. But the story and the characters are a large part of why it has had so much interest and positive feedback.

I've played that game before. Very interesting story. I like the societal intrigue aspect to it.
The sex is also phenomenal

I agree with other people that the MC is one of the highlights of this game, being someone that takes no shit from people who try to use him. Seeing him handling the family drama is definitely one of my favorite moments while playing.
