I love incest, so I see where you're coming from, but honestly, it doesn't belong in this game at all, even beyond the Patreon considerations.

Consider who would be the incest target? The options are a mom, older sister, or younger sister.

Mom: The MC's mother being around would undermine his authority, and damage his ability to be a strong dom. As the adult of the family, she'd be approached by people instead of him about family stuff, further distancing him from that conflict (which is being used to drive both romantic and narrative plots). If she's submissive to the MC, it makes him look a bit shittier because he isn't respecting her authority as his mother. Also, just generally-speaking, this MC is about as far from the stereotypical mom-son game's MC as it's possible to get.

Older Sister: Mostly has the same kind of issues as Mom above. An older sister would be a full adult, out of school and working, and would thus have more experience and authority than the MC, bringing up all the issues I mentioned in the Mom part above.

Younger Sister: And lastly, the MC is 18. A younger sister would put Cosy into legally-questionable territory in his country, and would make it harder for him to be present on several platforms. This one's a non-starter for games that aren't expecting to exist purely on A T F and LC.

Perhaps an unknown half-sister, though that puts one of his parents in a bad light. With the use of important families all intermarrying than a cousin or aunt situation could come up. But I doubt there will be any incest in this at any point.

This one was always intended to be linear, from the very start (or, rather, after he started trying to do a sandbox, then completely changed his mind; the first few updates still had the cafe introduction as a free-roam, even). See the dev notes:

This is one you must keep on eye on its already a good game going on great with likeable and cute characters the story so far is interesting and by the looks of it it barely began to unfold the bannter between the characters is fun the animations are also good and the sex scenes are hot really looking forward to future updates
