Murder or rape are pretty much the only answers.

I don't know if I can mentally stomach doing either, but I think murder would be the better crime to get rid of. Harder on your mind, though.

If it is on a spontanous level, murder to prevent a loved one from being murdered/raped.

If we are talking on a global level... something something with rich people and companies with too much influence on everyday life seeking ways to abuse the system and gain richer totally ignoring how normal people will suffer because of their greed and something about an forever box. Oh, the crime that would be prevented probably would not only be abuse of the common folk but also rape if one believes a certain list from an island.
