I would like to add a few other cohabitation game developers I've seen in ci-en that are in the process of making one and has shared a few itty bits of their progress, with pictures.
Some of them already have titles, some haven't.

Wouldn't expect to have a 4th post dedicated to upcoming cohabitation games. I haven't got anything new and special for upcoming cohab games that are still in-development, but there's one here that's planned to release basically in the next week:

Cohab touching + life sim of meeting a cat girl that nyaas in front your home apartment sheltering from the rain and decides to stick with you from this point onward.
You can headpat her, tease her chin, cat ears, and even converse with her playfully. You can touch anywhere you like on her as long as she allows it. Sleep sex is also included, but you don't want to startle a cat so be gentle and she'll eventually accept or even beg it from you.
All previews are animation preview videos, and I'm not sure how to embed them here.
Considering they have finalized their development, demo is playable
