Is there any chance that someone has a mod for the figleaf in CK3? It becomes a huge wrap around fig leaf at some point ... very annoying.

I have been all over that sight but did not find any useful information to resolve my issue. I have looked through the code and tried many different things. It seems to be hard coded and not accessible to the basic methods.

Your issue is that for some reason the figleaf's size increases, right? That is clearly a bug, that could also be caused by some other mod.
Also, it's been several month, if the issue is still there, it's proably not a vanilla bug, as it would have been fixed by that.
I posted those links, because they remove the fig leaf and thus makes the bug moot.
Also loverslab is a forum specialized on modding, so it is a better place to ask this question. If they don't know the answer, you proably won't find it here either.

You need a adult model mod the leaf is part of the vanilla game to censor the body parts to comply with some legal requirements.
Here Character Body Overhaul mod that is up to date but unofficial since the OG is still not up to date.
