A catgirl/neko is mostly human, so no issue for me. I don't mind some fur (like #4), but paws instead of hands are a turnoff and too much animalism in the face is a write off.

I'll be honest - I can't understand what the appeal of all these endless monster girls is? I find them extremely repulsive both aesthetically and in purely sensual terms. To put it bluntly and crudely - I will never get a hard-on for these creations. I prefer ordinary girls and women. By the way, that's one of the reasons why I ignore Japanese games (graphics come first) - there are a lot of monster girls there.
