I am working on a Game Engine that is my own with the help of AI for coding not asset generation.
How do you all feel about it.

What is the reason you are doing one from scratch?
Unreal Engine has to much garbage baked into the code framework and to build for MMO style Netcode would require heavily reworking the engine framework and runtimes.
For me it's easier building it from the ground up.

That is correct. Anyone can use this source code for pretty much anything.
 
Have you considered working out of the godot? It's opensource and pretty nice. Might be a good way to advance your engine quicker.

My AEGIS pipeline has functions that Godot doesn't have currently and My Internal Optimizations for it already rip Godot in half at the core sense

But for real though cos I'd assume it's gonna take quite long even with the help of AIs
