I think the most prudent thing to do would have been to create an SS account, or other/s alongside patreon from the get go. It was always just a matter of time that patreon would do what it did. Unless my memory is failing me this was an obvious fact even back in 2022.

It was, it was put on indefinite hold ie abandoned as the dev lost his Patreon, and could not get any other platform to approve it, with SS just being up in the air for a long time so the dev started something else, only to suddenly receive SS approval which why we are here, where he did a basically minuscule update to let people know its back on the menu

I'm curious how a merge would work since the other game from looks of it is a female protagonist game and I guess she sleeps with just about every guy possible behind her husbands back due to the name of it. And if she was added into this game no one would like her I'm sure if she becomes a Li or something since she would pretty much be the town whore that everyone had sex with, and she probably still would continue having sex with others or something. And I'm sure no one wants that from a Li specially if it gets shown or told. So a lot of things would need to change about her so she could be more likeable and stuff and not be such a whore type but would also take up more dev time to do it all regardless.

Yeah, I don't think merging would work without significant changes to that character. Keeping them separate makes more sense. To be fair, though, both MCs are whores who have sex with practically everyone.

Could easily just intend to use some of the models/assets from the other game in this one when he says he plans on "merging" them. Or he could have her brought in as not necessarily a LI, but a "kindred spirit", in that she's another person corrupting the town like him, and possibly give players the option of her being a casual encounter between her and the MC, and maybe use some of the scenes he's already created as either her being able to "tell the MC about how she's corrupting the town" or the MC catching her while she's in the act (maybe have one of the guys she's with be the husband of a guy the MC wants to bang, and the MC sees him with her, follows them and then the player can choose to either watch the scene or "skip and just get the evidence" to give to the wife, leading to the MC banging the wife).

There's definitely options that could be done for it, he would just have to be creative. Considering some of the things he's already done in the game, I wouldn't be surprised to see some of those ideas used, honestly.

DLGB said a little over 12 hours ago on Discord that it should take roughly "a week to get this update done". Like Diablo said, this last "update" was more just to let folks know that the game's back. It sounds like a proper update should show up very soon.

The models are some of the best ive ever seen in any game of this kind, cute and suuuuper sexy. Your relationship with other characters develops naturally so it feels very realistic, theres no rush and it feels super satisfying. the dialog is amazing too... this game is so solid! everyone should give it a try
