Lol I'm honestly surprised no one has said anything yet about the alternate scene.

That was probably a total waste. The only players who would take that path are those who don't want to see trans content but since they can still see what's happening in the background they are just going to skip through without reading the funny monologue.

Yeah it is already borderline but if you made it unskippable someone who otherwise likes everything else might just make a mod.

By far, the most peculiar part of the game for me was when Mr. Willem Dafoe showed up, narrating the intimate relationship of two friends while holding Leo Tolstoy's War and Peace and using the late Gilbert Gottfried's voice.
I don't know how else one can define "art".

Bro, what do you think? It is obvious the dev gets offended when you dont want anything to do with the trans/futa/whatever character and he will always try to show or describe that shit. Also he has already said that he will make it only skippable

I think an important distinction needs to be made here. And the original post you were responding to was careful enough to do so.
It didn't feel like the dev was "offended" by skipping their content, rather they were taking a jab at the long-established and tired adult VN formula.
I think this work, at its heart tries to be a parody, (although it's more than that). And all the supposed choices you are given is already parodied early on by that "illusion of choice graph" with different branches; including the choices to skip content.

Personally I understand and support that. I'm in the camp of "let the dev realize their creative vision and support them if you enjoy that vision but please do not try to alter it" and I know there are others who think that way.

That said, I also understand how people come to these games with certain pre-established expectations. And one such expectation is to actually skip the scene when the option is saying "skip the scene" They may not find the 'inversion' of that expectation amusing ... and if there is one thing I've learned in life, it's that people are very particular when it comes to their taste in adult games

Goddamn. I would say you took the words out of my mouth, but I was having such a hard time getting it all out. Yes, to all this 100%. You get an A+.

This game has elements of parody regarding VN novels, because it's exactly like what you said, they're so many tired tropes in this genre that haven't been touched in terms of humor. Just off the top of my head:
-Molesting your housemates in their sleep because the Dev wants to get some nudity in but doesn't want it to affect the character's relationship just yet.
-Walking/peeking into the bathroom when someone is showering because nobody knows how to close or lock a door
- Oh! And the trip to the mall so your girl can give you a fashion show/forget to close the door while getting undressed. I swear this scene is in literally every game.

The illusion of choice is top among them for V.2. Unlike most games, this isn't *your* story as the player, it's the MC's story, which means his choices aren't always going to align with the player's.

And yes, I realize now subverting a person's expectations isn't exactly going to be appreciated when they got their dick in their hand and they don't care for trans content. In the future, those kinds of scenes will be skippable for the player.

I'm a bit late to the Burned train. But here's something I have to say.
I wish Deaufosse could set up a workshop to educate other devs on how to design and develop human faces. If I had the power, I'd mandate other devs to at least take the course.
This game has and will face restrictions for obvious reasons, but man, it's refreshing to see facial anatomy that is modeled after humans; not simians or other primates

Dumb Koala aka Henny Paige has done some similar faces, but doesn't use them as much in
