That is a very good question ! Link directing to a file dl named "Free download files"... Seems shady to me

The incest file seems very suspicious to me; the file name is "free download," and even after downloading it, it doesn't contain any .rpy files, only renpy and MACX folders and an .exe file called "install."

You obviously got redirected to a phishing site and/or clicked a camouflaged (or obvious) banner and the .exe is most likely some sort of malware. Check the URL, it supposed to be

yeah after actually unzipping it it's a bunch of crap it shouldn't be. Should be just a .rpy or similar maybe in a /game folder, so it's been hacked and only a moron would click that .exe. Unless the patch also includes retouched renders (ie changed names on an in-game phone screen) there's no reason to zip it anyway, could have simply uploaded the .rpy (and maybe it was before it was replaced by a hacker).
