I would. Little nervous to start an account there. Went there last night to do just this. Start an account and thank Voidsquad for his work. Two headers on the front page discussing how they were scrubbing the site of accounts that connected with malware on their devices and wipping acounts that have not posted in a year. I guess the site wasn't affected, but I noped right out of there.

People were using old accounts that had username/password combinations that had been leaked in data breaches fromother websites (dumbasses reusing username/password combos) to harass people. The goal of that was to clean up old, unused accounts to reduce access to attack vectors like that.

i recently made an account at A T F, there are no dangers on the site other than pervy people.
make an account just keep your hand over your hole (just in case)

i read a post where the admin of lewd corner has an account there & so does the uploader of this game, so if they use it so should you.

I would also like to support this, but cannot seem to work out what the website is that you are talking about, I know it is not allowed to be mentioned here but would someone mind sending me a DM with at least a hint of what I need to search for to find it please.

There's no actual animosity between the sites. The word filter that blocks the other site's name is for LC's protection.

This all started when a quite nice game with (VERY painterly/cartoony/unrealistic) AI art got all its LC links mass-reported by Pixel Puritans, to Cloudflare and to LC's then-hosting provider, which got LC taken down and caused all of this mess. The eventual result was the LC COIN system and Games+ being stuck behind the paywall/activitywall.

There are some users on both sites that have wildly inaccurate ideas of what the other site is, and their assumptions of animosity are what people see and assume are universal. I've posted there a few times explaining this, too, but their users are not particularly well-informed because the site's format makes it extremely difficult to find anything.

(There are also a couple devs who primarily post things there who get upset about piracy (don't start the argument here), and at least one dev who is upset that their game got posted in Games+ because they see that as a paywall, and therefore have accused LC of profiting off their game.)

And for LC users: the other site is just a forum with very few restrictions. That's all it is. What you choose to consume or post there is up to you. Registering an account there is not dangerous unless your internet is being monitored by someone who knows what that site is and is going to make a big deal about it.

Hello there, i am Mikasa. I am speaking on behave of Sojourner the artist behind of all the 3d renders used in that game. Neither Voidsquad nor Sojourner knew about the publication on this board and did never support it. Because the admins of this board took without asking the development of kitty the game has stopped because sojourner did withdraw his approval.

Credits to Sojourner who spent 100s hours of creating this renders and the idea behind it. the entire process of doing a live rendered chat story and the development.
Credits to Voidsquad who tried to make a game out of it that many enjoyed even on that early stage.
Credits to me who does the asset work for sojourner to support his work.

who likes to support sojourners work, well i would have liked to add a link, but even the shortcut of the board is forbitten here....RIP
