Yeah, not just breast and ass size, but these games don't much divesity in weight (slim, chubby), muscle (skinny, toned), height (short, tall) and such. Even some modifications, like tattoos and piercings, which are very common today, are very far in between there.

Tits are nice but smacking against bone doesn't feel very good. In fact you could even say it hurts. SO I'm going to lean towards ass if both isn't an option.

That's an exceptionally hard dilemma. Both can be amazing and fun on their own, like, if you are specifically focusing on wither, But, In my experience, and if we are considering full intercourse, -ass- because: -looking- at tits is amazing, but I find that a lack of a nice ass is more detrimental to actual performance.
So, passable tits and amazing ass is always preferable to amazing tits but terrible ass. If that makes sense.
