I'm treading over old ground here, but using "gay" and "vaginal sex" as ways to find games with a bisexual protagonist is pretty clumsy. Maybe have a protagonist tag as it is (male/female/futa/multiple) and a second pair of tags for "straight protagonist" and "gay protagonist". Then you can make combos for searches. You could add "bisexual protagonist" if combining straight+gay offends people.

Sure, but that means always advanced search, always reading all the tags and often fall in a trap because some unavoidable dick is still in there.
I just want a tag to click on and filter all the dicks out of the results. Its a 30 seconds job to add a tag, the only reason its not there after asking for it so many times is the admins give a fuck about it. But the lesbian (avoidable) tag got added right after someone asked for it...says everything.

To be fair, Fuck95's system of tag search (must have/must not have plus filtering engines) is way better (and something similar is apparently being worked on here)

Dont remind me, i made a topic and have a big fat link to it in my signature there, every single staff member knows my opinion on first sight and they talk about adding this tag along others since years without doing anything. Here we are more or less at the beginning, they could improve their tags and win over those who are tired of waiting there...but who gives a fuck does a fuck...

Ideally almost all tags could have indicator of the genre of the character that apply, link on ExHentai, for example.
Male:Bisexual, Female:Bisexual, Male:Swinging, Female:Swinging, Male:Cum Eating, Female:Cum Eating and such, but many games are already misstagged as it is...

It's not a bad idea and I don't think it'd be too hard to implement on the site.

The problem with tags is, that a game gets a tag if it has one single scene with X content in it.

But if I were a lesbian, looking for lesbian content, the "lesbian" tag is nearly worthless because most games have at least one lesbian scene in them.

The bisexual tag is, almost by definition, even harder. Because having a game with many hetero scenes and one gay scene is almost the definition of bisexual. Even if you would have a "pure" bisexual game, it doesn't mean that every scene needs at least two dicks and one pussy. No, some scenes should contain one dick and one pussy, other scenes two dicks, some scenes may even have more than two dicks and/or one pussy.

But I think the main issue with tags is: are you trying to find something or are you trying to avoid something? It makes a big difference.

The bisexual tag is, almost by definition, even harder.

While i personally dont care, it would be even harder because all the lesbian-tagged threesomes would get the bisexual tag and believe me, thats a lot and makes it just as useless as the lesbian tag.
Sexual orientation tags need to be fused with "protagonist" or "route" to ensure we find what we look for.

As is often the case with this kind of question, it's not really the relevance of the tag that matters.
Here, the "Bisexual" tag is perfectly relevant, but the real question is: how many games can claim it? If it's only for 2 or 3 games, it would simply be irrelevant (and that would be a shame).
I like the idea, though.
