discussion Best Writing In a Porn Game vs. Non-Porn Game

What games do you think have the best writing? This could be humor, drama, plot, whatever. Games with something unique or exceptional about them.

For porn game I would choose Eternum for humor and Lessons in Love for sheer clever writing.

For non-porn game I'd be hard pressed to find anything better written than Disco Elysium.

The scene in Red Dead 2 where you raid the plantation as everything burns down around you is truly phenomenal.

Morrowind got me hooked first. And I still go back and replay Oblivion and Skyrim.

Good narrative, deep lore, well rounded characters, attention to detail.

Torment Tides of Numera.
This is essentially a novel, so not many people liked it as people were expecting a cRPG.

If we're talking about independent projects, it's pitting one fanfic against another. There is no need to talk about high quality of text and/or plot regardless of the presence/absence of sex. They are all at about the same level. Although there are examples of completely unabashed idiocy (23 Sisters is a prime example).
