Wasn't that game originally going to be incest based and then Patreon got all pissy, so instead of switching it to subscribestar they just removed the incest portion?
By removed you mean changed the name to "landlady" or just straight up deleted them? I haven't played the game in a while and I heard they remade the game a lot (that's why I said shit devs lol). But the last time I played there was a lot of incest with the aunt

Yeah, I thought it was something along those lines, and then it went into a really weird reverse world direction? I mean It's definitely one of THE pron games to play, but still, I think they should have just stuck with the incest option.

If talking about porn games then both Strive games are great in my book plus a lot more.
Lab Rats 2.
A Struggle with Sin.
Desert Stalker.
Peasant's Quest.
Masters of Raana.
Just to name a few.

None porn games its hands down for Sims 2, modding it with adult mods makes it a whole lot funner.

Free Cities, Lab Rats 2, Summertime Saga.

Even though Sims 4 is vastly inferior to 2 and 3, I find the modded sims more appealing than the previous games.

Sims 2 has soul where as 3 and 4 don't.

In Sims 2 mother and father with brown hair the child is born with brown hair or what the recessive gene are.
Yes Sims 2 has genes that the game follows.
Unlike 3 and 4 parents have brown hair and the kids come out with blue, green orange anything but brown.

After nearly 20 years playing Sims 2 it is hard to even think about moving over to 4 because 4 does not have the soul that 2 has.

there are also quite a few HD upgrade mods which do somewhat put game into modern standards, lets also not forget the standalone games for sims 2 and some realy stupid shit that never got patched that may as well be core game mechanics, 3 had some of them but it was start of modernising it for broader populance than being a niche

Long Live the Princess, replayed 3 time sback to back in order to get the best ending, sucmh a enjoable all around experience, no mindless grind but enough "need" to use your brain in order to achieve the best possible outcome in many of the situations.

I really love games with a medieval setting, and for me, one of the best sandbox games is Mount & Blade.

I really struggle to get along with sandbox games - and have binned quite a few through frustration. That said, the only one that springs to mind that I get along with is Special Harem Class by Kagetodev.

honestly i sometimes prefer to lose some checks to just see what would happen and end up in better position, on side note realy easy game to cheat stats in

In my opinion, there isn’t a truly adult sandbox game except for Degrees of Lewdity. Most games using that tag seem to distort the concept.
I haven’t played every +18 game though, so maybe there’s some hidden gem out there.

For me, the closest thing to a real adult sandbox is Kenshi.

Some pretty broad definitions of what makes a 'Sandbox' going on here.

Mad Island (formerly known as Unnamed Survival Game) is...interesting...for an adult sandbox. Even with all the work the dev did to make it accepted on Steam.

Well there is always Minecraft + endless mods to shape reality.
The Sims also has plenty of mods for more fun.
Skyrim for the immersion.
Monster Black Market, Imperial Gatekeeper, Karryn's Prison.

Minecraft is definitely one of my top options. God knows how many hours I've spent in various modpacks.

Fallout: New Vegas is also definitely up there, the DLCs and mods made for that game are incredible.
