The only parody game I've played was Klee Prank Adventure, which is based on the world of Genshin Impact. It's complete and I liked it, but all scenes are vouyeur ones.

Yeah it's the only Mass Effect one I know about though there are probably a few elsewhere. Fair warning though the game has a lot of non-human/creature content if you're not a fan of that.

Nah different devs ... Although XIX dev is also doing another game that's a Kim Possible parody ... It's called Project Possible
