What do you think makes the most popular adult games stand out?

What's your size limit on games
As long as it's in the limits of the hosting site without a membership it's fine but if you can't install it all at once without a membership or speeds drop really low, I won't install it. -

Never replayed a completed game but I have replayed some games after the more content was released. A few of those would be Being a DIK, Harem Hotel, and 4 elements trainer.- blank9880

Originally, I would say my question was kind of in regard to both initial popularity and maintaining popularity. But after reading through some of the replies I can see that I didn't take a lot into account such as how long the game has been out, amount and frequency of updates, and as another... -
Best Parody Game
Yeah it's the only Mass Effect one I know about though there are probably a few elsewhere. Fair warning though the game has a lot of non-human/creature content if you're not a fan of that.- blank9880

Do you only play games that have a male MC?
Either protagonist is fine for me, but I still play mostly male protag since there are a lot more higher quality games for male protag compared to female protag.- blank9880
