discussion AVNs that let you ignore the MILFs?

Something that annoys me in many AVNs is that they pretend to let you choose whether or not to pursue a love interest, but the story either keeps throwing them at you or you keep pursuing them despite always choosing not to whenever given the opportunity. Most recent offender is Heart Problems (its been around a while but I just recently heard of it) where it is impossible to not start getting grabby and inappropriate with your aunt even after consistently choosing to not do anything. And you also couldn't politely decline the friend Mia's mother, you had to insult her and be kinda mean about it in order to prevent a scene with her. I guess thats a different issue but it also sucks. My Pleasure had the same problem with the MC's step mother. I was planning on a replay of that to see if you can ignore Julia, her friend, the step-mom, the yoga teacher, and any other random milfs I can't think of, but the reviews about the latest/final release say the ending was so bad and obviously rushed that I guess I won't bother. Another game that comes to mind is Where The Heart Is, I didn't get through the first few chapters because characters you declined kept coming at you over and over.

There are games that do it correctly though. First one that comes to mind is BaDIK. Its very easy to keep things platonic with Isabella and Cathy, and you can shut down the other teacher with finality.

Can anyone think of others that do it well?

Am confident I have played several but remembering which ones... Side note: It is kinda baffling, pardon my french; the extent to which, to my eye, "old, obese women with bad hair" have a stranglehold on the creativity of a majority of developers.

I -think- that My Dorm is doing it ok, I still have to play the latest release but iirc I've been able to successfully avoid the mother, aunts, and grandmother so far. So at least nothing is forced in that game (yet), but it doesn't look like the game itself has taken no for an answer, I think I still have to choose not to once in a while.

I also don't understand why the "middle aged woman with huge T&A" trope has to be present in every. single. game. I know that many people like large boobs but do they all still like it when the proportions are so out of touch with reality? And where are the adult women with A to even just D cups?

This thread isn't just about that though, I simply don't have the older woman kink. There are like two exceptions I can think of offhand: Harper/WVM and Charlotte/Hillside, though I guess in case of Hillside, Charlotte isn't much older than the MC for it to matter.

If I remember right you can choose to avoid the older women in Seeking Closure.

You can ignore them in Corrupted Academy but you might be making things harder on yourself gameplay-wise.

So far I think you can choose not to progress the storylines of any MILF characters in Randel Tales (though since several of them are either unaging or way older than they appear, not sure how they fit into anyone's personal definition of "MILF")

Tales from the Unending Void, pretty sure all girls are avoidable.

As for why the tag is so present... because it's really really popular. That's it. You may not like it, loads of people love it.

Sure, go exclude the milf tag and see how many games are left.

I'm not looking for games that don't have them (since that is essentially impossible), I just want to be able to ignore them as LIs and have the game not force them on me.

There's a lot of them though you can avoid milf cause I usually play single path and avoid harem unless it's unavoidable. I think only few ones are unavoidable and it's the bad ones which is kinetic and anyone is force on you.
