I know it's a late response but yes, the dev had to remove the sleeping scenes/incest to comply with Patreon TOS. The unofficial patch attempts to put them back in but may cause issues with newer updates.

For the life of me can't work out why creators even bother with Patreon anymore. Was a shame too, I liked this game but gave up on it immediately when I saw they'd gutted it.
