Anyone else actually a fan of the grinding games?

For me it mostly depends on how I'm feeling at the time I download them but I don't mine grinding in some games

Grind kills every game for me, I can't stand doing the same thing over and over for hours. Even for games like Path of Exile, super fun until I have to grind for currency or gear and I just stop playing.

Intelligent grind is good, when it become some dumb chore like kill 300 mobs or talk with a character everyday for 3 months become boring, I like at least some progression feeling

Depends on the game. Non-Ero games I can grind like D2 and PoE each season for weeks.

For Ero games it's different. I don't want to grind a long time for a tiny reward that wasn't worth it. Some longer grindy games like ERA/Monochrome Fantasy, etc. are more marathon and have a big payout near the end which have fun day to day interactions and are enjoyable despite the grind.

Grind doesn't scare me. There are games that I quite like. - Bright Past, Straitened Times.

I like the grind if its somewhat engaging but sometimes it's just a little too much, I still need to feel like I'm getting something out of it.

I don't mind some grind if it's integrated well into the game. But if I'm spending like 80-90% of my time doing mindless minigames I lose all interest

I hate them with great passion because I get addicted so easily and I am too easy to convince to start playing one.

For example I played ARK Evolved for 300h without even noticing. Minecraft netherite mining made me grind my teeth the most

I am also a sucker for cheap clickers or such, I go hunting for them on cheap sites rarely and waste whole nights

What's the most time you guys spent at a time for grinding a game? I spent 10h on Helldivers farming for super credits recently
