Hmm, I played a lot a lot of games like this but was there any good enough to recommend? Sure, but with various degree of what you describe.

1. Corruption of Champions and Trials in Tainted Space, both from the same dev. If you lose enemy almost always rapes you, if you win you can rape the enemy. Combat fuck is an option because you can both focus on making enemy's hp drop to 0 or enemy's lust reaching 100%. They are text games however, you may not like them.
2. Mama to Boku no Karada no Shikumi Okaa-san ni Chitsunai Shasei Shitara Oyakoukou na Sekai, it's not too good and it's VN, but in this world it's normal for mothers to have sex with their sons. It is heavily fetish focused though.
3. Night Games from Silver Bard Games, it's not really world where fucking is normal but the game is about being in the competition where you score by making enemy climax before you. It has you and 4 other participants on the map which you roam. Probably the most advanced battle fuck system I met in any game that includes stripping, restraining, trapping, using items etc, also you can build characters differently by focusing on science, martial arts, dark magic, arcane, animalism and others. Still, it's text based but with visualized characters and their state of clothing (I think we do not have this game on this site).
4. Breeders of Nephelym, can't say a lot because I played it long time ago and it was very early alpha, but game is still in some sort of EA and it is free on Steam so you can check by yourself.

+1 for Night games. Monster Girl Dreams also fits the theme and has good combat fuck. For other games that fit the bill but without combat fuck I would pick Twinewood and Desert Stalker.
