Yeah I see most games are A.I slop but can't blame the uploaders, but I do blame the developers using it.

They are now outnumbering regular games 5 to 1 every week even on F-95.

Over the last few days, we've received a massive number of reports about games that need updating—all of them AI games (you can count the reports for real games on one hand). We've already updated about 70 of them... and there are still more than 70 reports left.

The worst part, and as you say, is that most of them are AI slop; I’ve seen very few that can really be considered good games. For example, there’s a Furry game that mimics the gameplay of No, I’m Not Human and uses the AI aesthetic to give it that feel where the characters don’t belong in the scene.

Most know how to do this were discussing how that slop has taken over most game updates.

Blocking it wont get rid of it just mask it so you don't see it.

I miss back in the advent of AI art where I was actually optimistic.

I thought, "Wow, with this, people can focus on making games if they are too poor/unskilled to make the art for it."

I never stopped to think about the fact that it could be used as a mask to obscure the dogshit effort they put into a game.

Nowadays it's like, "Here's a surface level, trope-filled and vibe-coded visual novel with some AI art I generated for a dollar, give me 20 a month." And people eat it up like hotcakes until the dev goes on a silent hiatus, raking in cash for half a year before abandoning the project at v0.0.1

Warning, a bit of a rant because i learned some things about myself.


Got a question. Why is hair over the eyes (as in they hide eyes) so attractive to me? Anyone know how the brain works that can tell me? Now eyes being covered or hidden in general is attractive to me but hair hiding the eyes specifically is what i find really attractive.

And from memory i know this was a thing since at least around puberty. So this isn't new...wait, could that be why? Could that interaction as a kid be the reason i have a massive attraction to it? Cause i remember it being the first time i felt something for a girl...but she had only one eye coverd with her hair...she was taller then me...but i never explored if i have a thing for taller woman. Dang if it turns out i have that to...that be 2 things i have an attraction to thanks to one girl who apparently had a thing for me before puberty...she was Hispanic...hmmm...wait...wait a god dang second right before covid locked my school down i was developing an attraction to girl i just met who was also Hispanic who without question helped me cheat in math right infront of the teacher with her face right next to mine and she patted my head when she left. I remember feeling things when she did that. So that's probably why i like...holy shi...is that why i like headpats and cuddling and my dreams where i have a girlfriend we do wholesome stuff and cuddling more then the typical wet dreams?

Wait...throughout grade school i learned a handful of girls had a thing for me and out of like the ~ 10 (i learnd that last year when i was wondering if i was ugly and then went through my past and well, as a kid who mostly stayed to himself it was a major confidence booster to know i wasn't seen as ugly and even was good enough for people to be interested in me, especially being fat/overweight all my life) the only 2 i can think of that made an impact on me was the only 2 Hispanic people that (first one wrote a "do you like me" letter in church and the one that help me in math, but no clue if thats just a her thing or was specific with me) that left an impact on me.


Is that why i just haven't felt an attraction to anyone? Am i looking im the wrong demographic? Ok, ok, if i end up being attracted to someone again and if their Hispanic...I'm taking it as a sign they are worth pursuing. And if it turns out i end up liking or end up with an Hispanic girl. I will update it here. Im pretty sure i can book mark this.

Anyway...i didn't expect to learn so much about my self today on this website of all places. So uh...i think I'll look into if i have a thing for Hispanic women at some point. Lol i just realized i watched and loved the show dora the explorer as kid. Maybe she is to blame. We were talking about using the terms “Cheating,” “Stealing,” and ‘Sharing’ instead of “Netorare,” “Netori,” and “Netorase.” Simply because, even though the latter three are more popular in certain circles, not everyone understands them, and it’s better to use terms that everyone understands. Just like that, there are other things, like separating the tags “Futanari” and “Trap” because they aren’t the same, and even having tags called “Flatchest” and “Stepcest.”

But that’s just stayed at the discussion stage; it’s not like it’s going to be implemented—I’m not even the one in charge of the tags. But I do recognize that there’s a problem with several duplicate tags, some that are unnecessary, and others that are missing.

The masses tend to not notice how the lighting doesn't make sense, or how the character looks slightly different between scenes. AI can be used really well when used by an already skilled artist, but yeah, its trash otherwise.

yeah, it's like photoshop, badly used it's ridiculous, used well it's just a photo. Right now ai is mostly trash, give it a few years maybe it'll be used well

This discussion has been going on for years on every site I know.
Everyone is trapped in the same system, and no one dares to take the first step to break free from it.
As long as one site takes over the games - and thus the associated tags - nothing will change, because there is no uniform standard, and not everyone sees the point of shortening the list of possible and alternative tags instead of extending it further, which would ultimately make an already far too complicated system even more opaque.

And If you really want to simplify things, I’d suggest the tag system.
I know it’s not easy because all the other sites use a similar chaotic system and have created a standard that needs to be followed since users have gotten used to it.
But using five differently named tags that basically mean the same thing just isn’t how it should be.
I’m referring, for example, to the different terms for "NTR" and "Tottler".
Baby, Tottlercon, Nepi, and whatever else there is.
I think it would be easier to implement a simplified form and publish a list of the tags used and their alternative terms than to assign every conceivable term to every game and monitor them.
There’s a thread about this that I’ve read, but it seems to have stalled somehow, and no one really dares to make a few changes to it, which I think should also be taken care of.
Create your own standards and establish facts that other sites will have to deal with if they run into problems with them.

Yes the tag system is terrible, but because we duplicate threads automatically we can't get away from it.

Though in a way any system that's shared between every site in the community is good, even if it's chaotic.
Like having the same charger for all your stuff and not having to keep track of a bunch of proprietary ones.

Some people can't change the system, and others don't want to change it - at least not for the better; quite the opposite, in fact.

I agree with trap, but futa aint gay. It's a woman with a womb, so if its futa-on-female it's 50% gay. If its futa-on-male, it should be removed it is again 50% gay. You should separate futa and gay under different tags. Otherwise bi would fall under gay as well.

The “gay” tag automatically appears with the ‘trap’ tag, but not with “futa”—it all depends on who's fucking whom.

Any tagging system is only as good as how much it's actually used. People may not like the absolutely overboard tagging system on e621 but at least it helps me find shit unlike on Pixiv where artists sometimes just don't tag their shit at all.
