I don't think you can tell from the link, they look exactly the same.
You'll only find out when you click the link if you have permission to view it

Champions is exactly what I wanted from comp pokemon... except the gacha mechanics. Ok for a while but I wanna mess with teams a lot and being limited by time/money sucks

Yeah, I was actually pretty into showdown a long time ago, but between the community and like, the UX/aesthetics I didn't stick with it. Champions has the flare I want from a pokemon game and more accessibility like showdown, I'm gonna mess with it more was just a little frustrating being in my mind palace coming up with stuff and running out of the currency half-way. Plus just begging to find a right mon from a spin

I guess getting the Pokémon you want for the team you have in mind adds a bit of excitement. I'm not a fan of gacha, but if it works and people like it, that's fine.

Oh for sure, I was just ranting a little to blow steam lol. At first I kinda liked the roll mechanic for mons, felt like it was an added piece of team-building you could lean in to, finding the right picks every roll to create something cool. Almost rogue-lite-esque. It's mostly when my gears started spinning for other possibilities that it peeved me lmao

Definitely. Is there a specific reason why that limit is in place? Other than the general reasons for the whole coin system?

i assume it's because maths reasons and becuase 500 is a good enough arbitrary amount

Well... after collecting the daily interest, you can withdraw all your savings and deposit them again, so even if you only have 40 AC, you can still save them. However, I recommend that you always leave 1 AC in your account when saving, because the decimals and rounding might cause an error when you try to store the coins in your vault.

You didn't understand me.
After you collect your daily interest, take out all your savings and then put them back in. That way, you can always save your coins even if you don't have 500 for the deposit.

To put it more clearly:
- You have 300 coins in your account
- You have 1,000 coins in your vault
- You can't save the 300 coins; you need at least 500
- So you take out the 1,000 coins
- Now you have 1,300 coins
- Now save the 1,300 coins
- Now you have 0 coins on hand
- There are 1,300 coins in your vault

Obviously, always collect the interest first because moving coins from your vault resets the interest timer. Oh, and when you make a deposit, since the system uses decimals and rounds off amounts, always leave one coin in your account—it might otherwise cause an error; it’s happened to someone before.
