Why is it whenever you call a doctors office for an appointment before you even get the evil voice mail fortress options you always get THIS:

“Please listen carefully as our menu options have changed.” They ALWAYS say this.I t’s the “wet floor” sign of phone systems.
“Visit our website!” If you wanted the website, you’d be ON the website.
