So anyone learn anything interesting lately? What are your favorite science facts?

I learned that the uncanny vally effect might be an evolutionary trait.

Thousands of years ago there were multiple types of "humans" and that they maybe sometimes hunted and ate each other.

So they would look similar to our branch of the evolutionary tree but not quite and so it's a left over feeling of unerve that is left over.

Like a danger response

Whether that is true or not I don't know but I read it somewhere

Yep, I was lasy to search for its name.

Also, did you know that rings of Saturn are only 10-30 meters thick (or thin in that case) on average. With up to 300 000 km wide. That is kinda insane proportions.
