am still making it through the P5 spin-off game Persona 5 Strikes <3

Tried it for a few hours, the gameplay didn't really grab me. We enjoy musou games more for mindless army slaughtering, the skill and elemental affinities is too extensive for a musou game imo. Really wanted to like it too because it fleshes our Haru's character and gives her a lot more screentime than both p5 and p5r ever gave her.

Nah, Generation X had it right. TV is perfect for getting lost for hours.

There’s something special about being served predetermined movies or shows instead of hunting for exactly what you want. You’re forced to consume something, and you either take it, leave it, or try to enjoy it.

These days, people often want to enjoy something 100% or not at all, which makes the experience less surprising.

I love getting absorbed in classic movies on a movie channel, or scrolling through channels and stumbling upon things I didn’t even know I wanted to watch, but that’s just me.

Best fun i've had in a while was just coming accross an horror movie channel that sometimes is given like 30 days trial by our tv provider, watched that for like 5 hours with Mother. The movies weren't even that good, but it still was a great evening

Haven't watched regular TV for years. I listen audiobooks sometimes or try to, but I always zone out and realize I have no idea what happened past 30 minutes.

As for me, I mostly use TikTok and Youtube for entertainment (besides Videogames, Prime Video, Crunchyroll, etc), and X / my country’s news channel on YouTube for information. all that you can do on a Phone / PC.

Every now and then I stop in front of the TV to watch something I don’t even like, it’s nice, but it’s different from how it used to be. I remember spending hours in my childhood watching Tenchi Muyo! on free TV, nowadays at most there’s one good movie on.

I don’t know if you know what the movie is about, but it’s about God and the creation of the world. The mother is nature, the house is Earth, the first ones who appear are Adam and Eve, and so on. I watched the movie and also thought it was kind of bad, but after I looked up what it meant, it completely changed for me hahaha.

But to be honest, streaming platforms were good at the begining, but now they are quite pricey and greedy, and rarely satisfy. And there are too many of different platforms, with different exclusives, so you have to pay a lot for all of them, or choose couple that have most content of your taste.

Yes, I'm trying to space them out a bit, because I did Lunar New Year as our daily theme on Tueaday.

We'll be doing "Jeudi Gras" this year, since we're doing our "Mardi Gras" theme on a Thursday. It's fine.

Was also thinking that :3 Super eventful day!

Yes, it's made theme planning hard, but I have standard themes between them as spacers, so we aren't doing 3 holiday themes in a row or something silly.

Took a long and slow walk. Seemingly hitting the right time, place and weather.
Lovey dovey couples everywhere. Walking in the city, sitting on the benches, standing on the riverbanks. Gazing stars and eyes, whispering and giggling.

That's super fair! I usually dont really like musou games because they are too mindless but I'm playing mostly for the story and my love for the P5 cast (and Futaba my baby) <3

I think you have to rotate between them if you want the most out of it
It's a little bit of a hassle but it's not like any platform is gonna release enough interesting new movies/series that you can't wait 2-3 months before coming back to it

And yeah honestly anything that is popular enough can be found under the black flag
On the other hand, since I've stopped paying for any of them my main issue is its harder to get recommendations for content that isn't that mainstream but that I would enjoy watching
