I never wanted to get into the Persona series but then I played Metaphor and that was really good so I've added them to my backlog.Have almost finished the anime 'This Monster Wants to Eat Me' and I'm loving it so far! :3 and am still making it through the P5 spin-off game Persona 5 Strikes <3
I really want to play Metaphor! Have it on my wishlist :3 I can't recommend Persona 5 Royal enough! I also had been putting them off for years but P5R is really an incredible game <3I never wanted to get into the Persona series but then I played Metaphor and that was really good so I've added them to my backlog.
I'll bump it up the list. I gave Metaphor a shot because I like the fantasy/steam punk setting more than the high school teen angst setting.I really want to play Metaphor! I binged the Dungeon Crawler Carl books then got the new Dresden book.Reading "The Best of Harry Turtledove." - my favorite author. A lot of short stories I never read.
That was also what put me off of Persona, despite my love for the early Shin Megami Tensei games I was worried that it would be kinda like Danganronpa (which admittedly I need to give another go as well) which felt kinda like only deep if you're a teenager :3 But Persona 5 (can't speak for the others, am about to start Persona 3 tho :3) does alot with the setting and spends most of the game exploring the ideas through fantasy worlds, which is a lot more visually/thematically interesting at least <3I'll bump it up the list. I dont have TV(dont want), and I'm reading a lot of books. 3-4 books in a week. What media is everyone consuming currently? TV/Books/Etc

Nah, Generation X had it right. TV is perfect for getting lost for hours.TV is useless nowdays if you have a pc tbh...

There’s something special about being served predetermined movies or shows instead of hunting for exactly what you want. You’re forced to consume something, and you either take it, leave it, or try to enjoy it.
These days, people often want to enjoy something 100% or not at all, which makes the experience less surprising.
I love getting absorbed in classic movies on a movie channel, or scrolling through channels and stumbling upon things I didn’t even know I wanted to watch, but that’s just me.
Yeah! when I visit my parents home in another city, I do sometimes sit infront of TV mindlessly switching channels in search of some good movie or tv show. And I dont want this in my home, too time consuming, i have internet to doomscroll after allnow that you mention it i miss it sometimes too but im not getting a TV just to have another time eater at home haha

Tried it for a few hours, the gameplay didn't really grab me. We enjoy musou games more for mindless army slaughtering, the skill and elemental affinities is too extensive for a musou game imo. Really wanted to like it too because it fleshes our Haru's character and gives her a lot more screentime than both p5 and p5r ever gave her.am still making it through the P5 spin-off game Persona 5 Strikes <3
Best fun i've had in a while was just coming accross an horror movie channel that sometimes is given like 30 days trial by our tv provider, watched that for like 5 hours with Mother. The movies weren't even that good, but it still was a great eveningNah, Generation X had it right. TV is perfect for getting lost for hours.
