The sign is a subtle joke. The shop is called "Bart's Fart and Shart", where fart and shart both end in the sound "-art", thus rhyming with the name of the owner, Bart. The sign says that the shop was "Formerly Chuck's", implying that the two words beginning with "F" and "S" would have ended with "-uck", rhyming with "Chuck". So, when Chuck owned the shop, it would have been called "Chuck's Farduck and Sharduck".

I didn't mean just the parry on turn-based combat, but the feel the flow, the camera work, the UI, and the animation for a counter hit as well. Haven't seen any gacha game coming close to that. But now they will in a few years.

I think general flow, camera work and UI is too subtle things to base new game on that. And it wasn't THE THING that made Exp33 great game. To replicate it's greatness you just need to make good game in general, with care and love. And if they succeed on that, everybody wins anyway(except moronic AAA), so I wish them Luck.

Great, I've just been playing Shattered Minds, and now after reading the above I can't think of it as anything but Sharted Minds

I think general flow, camera work and UI is too subtle things to base new game on that. And it wasn't THE THING that made Exp33 great game. Along the crying earth, not feeling jackboots,
Our bloodless detachment's escaping from the enemies
Is eating sorrel leaves on the run,
Is staying overnight in a gully under an arrow-wood bush.
It's impossible to rest for us -- run away, run away, run away.
And our pretending friends are staying abroad.
And watching closely how we are being beaten.
And only the long roads are absolutely for us.
Wipe your tears, rest a little,

Retreat and I cover your retreat
with mud and water.
But they're head over ears in mud, up to eyes in water.
Some time later the enemies ran us down again.
they're attacking us more strongly, are just about to overkill us.
But the biting frosts are rushing to help us.
Rest, wipe your bitter tears,
We are Russian frosts.
As enticing by Moscow, we'll freeze the enemies,
cover them with melancholy.
The nature is like our own mother in the war,
But it was time to hide, now it's time to advance,
And soon we're appeared in the enemy towns.
And began to destroy all around, oversmashed.
Broke off to pieces, thrashed into ruins.
And as crushing, we explained the moaning enemies.
Remember our strange tactical method.
When we retreat - it means we advance.
Together with frosts and forests, Susanin's ahead.
Just God gave us Russian road.

That's just way too much work for these money hungry lazy crashgrab making people. Most a gacha dev will do is an CO: E33 collab event to rake in the cash associated with the game without any of the hard work.
