I'm gonna complain here instead of my splatoon thread since more people are here so i can feel more validated in my anger...unless everyone disagrees....nah i doubt it.

I hate the Nintendo the company. But...they have the splatoon ip...the ONLY reason im getting their console. While i want Nintendo to fail to get better...im afraid of splatoon failing or getting a massive stray. It might be safe because its insanely popular in japan but more niche in America (because its Nintendo and pc master race are afraid to try new controls) but with splatoon raiders and 4 being 2 exclusive...it's a situation i wish didn't exist.

Nintendo are famously awful at maintaining any of their game communities, which sucks cause they are one of the only big companies that have always delivered high quality games x-x On the PC master race note, they just have so many anti-consumer practices with the Switch 2 (game ownership rules coming to mind) that it's really hard to justify the investment in a Nintendo console even if the games themselves are amazing

I was tricked in something absolute different. The pay is (too) good, but it's so soulless. On a meeting today that should last 15 mins, I started to ask basic questions. 1 1/2 hours into the meeting it was cut short. More questions next time.

All the answers I got where:
"Not implemented yet"
"No need for this"
"Never thought about this"
"Not possible"
"We're working on it"
"It's complicated"
"We will see"
"Let's figure this out next time"
"Anyway, we know you barely can manage the work for three (I literally can't), but next week we need you to instruct someone, so he could help us out, when you're gone for three week for vacation. Also, please finish all open project, that reach till end of march"

After the meeting someone said, that I wouldn't last half a year with this rate.
This guy is so fucking optimistic, it hurts.

I'm still unsure what I have to do, to be honest.

From being blue collar in the field, to blue collar in the bureau. Went from simple "electrotechnician for engineering and automatisation" to "industrial mechatronics engineering" to "process and production planning".
Software is involved and was the main theme in this meeting. After our company wasted literally millions in our own barely functioning proprietary software, the sunken cost fallacy kicked hard. No one wants to be at fault for falling for a meme.

Anyway, the first reason i started this was STUPID NINTENDO TODAY APP DRM! STUPID NINTENDO ANTI FUN AND ANTI CONSUMER. At least Nintendo online is 20 bucks. And for me i don't have connection problems when playing online on switch.

Why Nintendo, why can't we have someone good in charge. Why is the new ceo of America Nintendo have to be their top lawer? When can Nintendo get a hold on localization? Why can't splatoon games get more then 2 years of support!

I remember reading a few years back a guy who got fired as a forklift driver. He went to get something out of a vending machine - it got stuck in one of those stupid rings. He went and picked the machine up with the forklift and dropped it. More than what he wanted came out. It was for like improper use of equipment.

Everything (fro voidtools) as search extension for the explorer.
Files are roughly categorized in subfolders, so I can search them by feel.
The naming system is simpel. I literally fill in the first thing I think of looking at the picture. Sometimes more describing, sometimes only keywords. But by this I faster remember under what name I could have saved it.
