First time I seen that message. Either a software bug or bank rules have changed.

Edit: Well looks like the bank with interest might be getting enabled again based on a discord post from @Jack Of Blades.

@everyone as i said before i will try to have the bank make a comeback with interest, i am living up to my promise, so far so good

You can't win more on a slot machine, if the slot machine is down.
Think about it.
But there are also no interests in the bank at the moment.
So we got nothing (except earning coins for looking and rating beautiful art).
