a sous vide gives you the best of both worlds. you can slow cook it for hours without going past medium rare and then just give it a quick sear for flavor

I'm the type of eater that chefs and cooks hate as I can't stand eating medium cooked meat.

So if my steak or any type of meat isn't medium well or well done I'm not eating it.

I grew up putting ketchup on everything. I dont think I want manager special meat cooked any other way but well done.
