In SE Pennsylvania every small town has 1 at least. Mine has 1 with a population around 1,000 - and there are several within a few miles. None are chains.

I haven't been back there in a really long time...I remember Yardley had a good one...not sure if it's still there tho, nor can I remember the name. Fairless Hills had a couple...but it's been so long. The only other places I remember were on New Falls Road by PHS, and not pizzerias. JoJo's ice cream (I know the family that used to own it) and Rita's Water Ice that was down the street a little. There was a kick ass hoagie shop by the old Penn Jersey theater...which I think is WAY long gone
