but that is pretty much settled now - Both tomatoes and strawberries are fruits, but they are classified differently: a tomato is a true berry, while a strawberry is an aggregate fruit. Botanically, a fruit develops from the ovary of a flowering plant and contains seeds; tomatoes fit this definition, but strawberries do not because they develop from a single flower with multiple ovaries.
Yes, in the case of strawberries, it is directly called a false fruit (I'm not sure about the English translation). Botanically, a tomato is a fruit, culturally a vegetable, that is, until someone comes up with some reason why it is not. But according to this definition, a cucumber is also a fruit, and that is somehow internally against my grain.

By the way, I make strawberry jam every year. A friend makes moonshine. And of course, we all know tomato juice. So it also has a use as a fruit.

It burned down?
Damn, Stuffy's work...
Well, good thing he has a little room in ours. :p
Sleep well Bonki, and see you later!
Have yall been playing horror games this month? Any recommendations for this good ol halloween spirit?
Played some Phasmophobia, Devour and some of the other ghost hunting games with some people I know.
Bought Tormented Souls 2 when it released, so probably gonna start that. :p
As for recommendations?
The OG Resident Evil games 1 to 3 are good choices, if you don't mind old graphics, else the remakes (excep for 3) is a good pick too. :p

And it's the start of a new week!
Lets get the best out of it, and I hope you all have a good Monday. :p
@Shawnchapp
@BeowulfKnight
@mime
@Slumdum

Summoning is complete!
And with that, I'm off.
Bye everyone. 🌊👋
See you all later! :p

I don't know what MVP+ is, ever since the change, I have no idea what any of it is.

The role neame are gonna change again soon I've been told so maybe they will be clearer.
can you talk about games not that are not found here or will it get removed
Yeah you can talk about what ever you like in here. This is just like our general chat. Where we all goof off or just chat.

Well, football is over and it't time to get back to work. :coffee:

I don't know. What games are you wanting to talk about? Backgammon, Donkey Kong, Hockey, or Donkey Kong playing hockey?

Okay, I have been back reading and saw the discussion about vegetables, fruits and berries.

So my question is; What type of fruit would you classify this as?
